£11.99

Product description

Fed up with other people running your life? Snowed under by events you can't control? TRIM puts YOU back in command!
* Take charge of your own life - don't be driven by other people's demands
* Always say "Yes" - but on your own terms
* Fulfil your own ambitions - not someone else's
* Be more effective in everything you do
* Become respected and valued by the people you live and work with

By understanding why you do things, you can manage the constant pressure to be in two places at once and satisfy everyone else's demands instead of your own. TRIM's unique and easy-to-use tools and techniques enable you to take back command. TRIM will make you more efficient and effective in everything you take on. You will never make promises you can't fulfil, or miss a meeting because you forgot about it. And as you gain a reputation for being reliable and helpful, your colleagues and friends will trust you and seek your advice. Best of all, as you gain control of your own life you will become more respected and valued by the people you live and work with.

Stuart Richardson is a successful businessman, entrepreneur and trainer with a track record in building profitable businesses. Stuart has spent 40 years developing his TRIM course for audiences ranging from chief executives to independent homemakers. Thousands of people from London to Orkney have benefited from Stuart's courses since 1998.

Oxfam Shop Ulverston

Ulverston is a traditional market town that attempts to retain a sense of the Dickensian times as typified by the festival run in November. We are a conventional Oxfam shop and sell anything and everything that will be of interest to someone. We have a good reputation as a second hand bookseller and are developing a reputable clothing offer. Our friendly staff are always ready and willing to assist and we are continually on the lookout for more potential recruits. We have a strong focus on Fair Trade and like to run events to spread Oxfam's message and raise extra funds.
