Translated as "This first volume of The Story of Genji is in itself a complete book, for it narrates, through the first 41 chapters of the work, the whole story of Prince Genji, since he receives his name in the Pavilion pavilion, until his solitary death in a temple where he lives removed from the world."

This is the Spanish language edition published in 2005. Some wear to top of dustwrapper. Otherwise in very good condition.
