This book is a collection of articles about archaeological studies conducted within Wales.  They include a number of larger articles, smaller contributions and a gazetteer (geographical directory) of sites explored in the year 2001 (the time period this volume covers), with some including a number of black and white photographs or illustrations.  Articles include a report on the 2001 excavation of medieval buildings at Trelech, and the identification of Buckley pottery.  Shorter contributions include a study of the Norman defences of Abergavenny and archaeological works at Valle Crucis Abbey in Denbighshire.  Could be of interest for fans of archaeology or Welsh history.  The book is in good condition, with only minor signs of wear at the cover edges and along the spine.  Internally, the pages are clean, the binding strong and the illustrations clear.
