Clenched Lap or Clinker

£16.00

Product description

Published in 1972 this book is in very good condition - the
only issue with it is that the spine has sunned a little.

In this book the National Maritime Museum hope to explain
the mystery of this boat building process, never before described in such
detail, in terms which anyone can understand.
The little model of the ten foot boat, which is great fun to make, makes
the whole thing simple and brings the traditional skills of our Saxon and
Viking ancestors onto the kitchen table.  The book contains a glossary at the back.
