Nooks and Corners of Herefordshire

£8.99 Out Of Stock

Product description

This is a reprint of a book which first appeared in 1892. Naturally, during the intervening period times have radically changed but there is still a tremendous amount which has remained the same or, at least, bears remarkable similarity. The numerous illustrations by the author typify the scene superbly.

The jacket has some light general marks and indentations on the glossy cover and is lightly tanned around margins; minor creasing to spine ends. The book's red boards are fine; text block edges have foxing speckles but pages and illustrations are not affected. A former owner's name is written in blue ink at the top of the front free end paper.

An item which could be of particular interest to local historians as well as the general reader.
