Account of the history of the fifth armoured division, activated at Fort Knox in 1941 and one of the most successful American units to see action in the second world war, spearheading the Normandy invasion in 1944 and finishing the war just outside Berlin. Compiled in 1950 by members of the 5th armoured division association, with a foreword by the association's president, and a message from General Olivier, commanding office of the regiment during the war. This edition reprinted in 1985.

In good condition, with just a little bit of wear to the cover and the dust jacket, the pages are in excellent condition.
