A litho facsmile limited edition of this book about the Irish city of Waterford first published in 1824. This limited edition of 25 copies was published in 1983. The number of the copy is not identified. However it is signed on the copyright page by the printer and binder.
It is dedicated to the late Val Doonican, born in Waterford, and his wife. Val lived in Beaconsfield for many years until his death in 2015. This book is part of a collection donated to us by his family.
The book is in a slip case covered with marbled paper. The case is in good condition with only light shelfwear. The hardback cover with leather look spine and edges and a marbled centre is in very good condition. The binding is sound and the gilt-topped pages unmarked. It has a fold-out map and illustration, both of which are in very good condition.
