First edition 1913. No dust jacket. Blue boards, worn along all edges and spine. Bumped corners. Gilt ettering and illustration are good. Some foxing of the pages . Front endpaper has a printed address and a written name. The binding is tight and the pages are in good condition.
Subtitled 'containing all the names and services of all officers of the Royal Navy and the Royal Marines who participated in the glorious victory of the 21st October 1805, together with a history of the ships engaged in the battle.' The Battle of Trafalgar (21 October 1805) was a naval engagement fought by the British Royal Navy against the combined fleets of the French and Spanish Navies during the War of the Third Coalition (August to December 1805) of the Napoleonic Wars (1803 to1815).
