Guru Dev as Presented by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, vol. III, by Paul Mason. Premanand, 2009. Pbk. 321 pp. As new. Paul Mason's guru, when he travelled to India in 1970, was the author of this book. The text is in both Hindi and English. It contains such gems of useful advice as "Don't use such speech as you don't like others using to you", "Before expressing contempt for relatives bow in the direction of Bhagwan", and "The mind is not suitable for the world and the world is not suitable for the mind". You can't say fairer than that, I suppose; though, on reflection, the third of these apothegms is at the very least contestable, insofar as it is at all comprehensible, that is. if the world is "all that is the case", as Wittgenstein put it, then only the human mind can decide what case that is. Nothing else within that world is even remotely interested.
