Selected and arranged by Mr Robert Browning.It states opposite the title page:This volume is printed from the edition of Mrs Browning's Works published in 1856. It contains numerous important additions and alterations made for that edition, which are copyright. A volume issued by Messrs Routledge and Sons was printed from a boook published in 1844, the copyright of which has expired, and does not contain any of the additions and alterations subsequently made by the Author.This copy was published in 1908. The leather covered hardback has an attractive design on the front. It has some bumping and a little wear. It may be a re-binding. The binding is in good condition. The pages are a little yellowed but otherwise unmarked. It has 1928 on the front endpaper.
