The proceedings of the eighth Tokyo conference on Psycholinguistics

£45.00 Out Of Stock

Product description

A Rare and fascinating book containing lectures given by Thomas Roeper and Christopher Tancredi, and 12 papers presented at the eighth annual Tokyo conference on Psycholinguistics (TCP 2007) held at Keio University on March 16 and 17, 2007.
TCP was founded in 2000 in order to meet the need for a conference dedicated to Psycholinguistics, in which we include and scientific endeavor that addresses "Plato's problem" concerning language acquisition: "How can we develop a rich linguistic system given the fragmentary and impoverished nature of experience?" Its scope thus includes topics such as linguistic theory (phonology, morphology, syntax, and semantics), L1 and L2 acquisition, language processing, and the neuroscience of language, among others.

Condition: the book and boards are in fine condition with little signs of having been read.
