Nearly all the strategies can be used as adjuncts to conventional behaviourist and analytical approaches to therapy including NLP and Gestalt. As well as describing the art of RCT, the authors have provided the therapist with the means to get started, outlining the structures for the first few sessions and giving full scripts for analytical and non-analytical work with the client.
