How to Play The Fischer Attack in the Najdorf Sicilian

£7.99

Product description

The Najdorf Sicilian is one of the most dangerous weapons in Black's arsenal. For many years White relied on 6.Bg5 to gain a tactical advantage, but for over two decades Black has been able to repel the attack and often emerge with a winning game.
Recently, alternative moves have become more popular especially Fischer's preferred 6.Bc4. In the World Championship match between Nigel Short and Gary Kasparov, this move played a very significant role. While the results of the opening in those games were not conclusive, they certainly gave rise to a renewed interest in the line.
This edition is in very good condition, tightly bound with clean white pages.  The cover and spine are also in very good condition with no blemishes.
