Annual - 21st year with stories and verse by Mrs George Wemyss,  E L Haverfield, Barbara Euphan Todd, Ethel Talbot Nina K Brisley, Katharine L Oldmeadow and others.  Illustrators include Joyce L Brisley, Nina K Brisley, F C Hiley, and Frank Hart.   There are a mix of illustrations in colour and tint, as well as black and white line drawings.  

Hardback with rubbing to the boards and bumped corners and light scratches on cover.  Spine has sun damage, and wear at top and bottom.  Slight foxing to edges and some pages.  There is a gift inscription and previous owner's details on rear of first illustration.

Oxfam Books & Music Berkhamsted

Located in the centre of the historic market town, we are open seven days a week. You will find a wide and interesting range of stock, including a great selection of children's books, popular and classical music on vinyl and CD, vintage Penguins and other paperbacks, and quirky and collectable items. Our stock is selected by knowledgeable volunteers, catering for both general readers and specialists. We are happy to check our backroom stock for wanted items and also offer a request service. Our themed windows are usually changed every two weeks, with our December Christmas displays offering a diverse and unusual range of gift ideas.

We welcome your donations, which can be brought to the rear of the building (via the Lower Kings Road Car Park). Please contact us before bringing large quantities to discuss arrangements.
