One hundred and seventeenth year; second parliament of King George VI elected July 5th 1945.
pp 595 plus short gazette.

Blue cloth boards with gilt titles to front and spine - good surfaces and corners - very little fraying or chipping but there is an unwelcome cocking and gape in the spine covering. All edges red - top edge stamped "Supplied for the Public Service."

Front inner hinge is cracked along entire edge, exposing the binding; first end paper stamped "Register Received - General Office Library 20 Jan 1950."
Rear paste down is torn to bottom 6cms. The paper similar to facsimile with very tight case binding making it slightly awkward to stay open.

Rarely seen book.
