Economic Geography

£39.99

Product description

Economic Geography - A complete work on geographical science for teachers and advanced students
- John McFarlane and C.F.W.R. Gullick

Pitman. Fifth edition 1949. pp 716

Dust jacket is soiled and torn to the corners. Spine crest frayed, with 1 cms tears. Faces very good but they look discoloured through age and an unloved life on the economics shelf. Price clipped.

Blue cloth boards in excellent condition with fine silver titles to spine: a very attractive book. Binding structure excellent: no weaknesses. Block edges a little soiled and the planing could be better. Age toned page block.

Seven hundred pages of dispassionate economic geography: thousands of facts and figures from every country in the world. The flap commentary tells us that this is an invaluable and inspiring title ". . . a comprehensive and descriptive treatise, essential for every student preparing for university examinations in the subject."

Authors were university academic in their day.

Oxfam Bookshop Market Harborough

Oxfam is the UK's largest second hand bookseller. Oxfam bookshops offer a wider selection of books than most shops, from modern fiction and leisure interest to more specialist subjects, classics, and rare or collectable books. We also stock an attractive range of greetings cards and a good selection of stationery. Come and browse!

Could you help us by collecting donations from donors homes? Our shop receives many offers of generous donations that we have to turn down as we do not have volunteers able to collect. We would ask you to collect in your own car, at your convenience and reimburse your petrol costs. It might be a couple of times a month and would make a really big difference to our ability to make money.
