Pages firmly attached, although with some cracking to binding, and slightly weak hinges. Rear end paper torn out and removed. Foxing throughout, although many pages are clear. Otherwise pages are clean. Decorative cloth binding, with moderate shelf wear, sunned spine and lightly bumped corners.

This delightful book by Gerald Harper contains examples of many pen artists' work, with "some criticisms and appreciations" by Harper. The pen artists include artists, decorative artists, punch artists, etc.
