A very scarce 1835 extensively expanded 4th edition of Antonio Ginesi's architecture bible.

Italian text printed on untrimmed vellum. Rebound full black leather binding with gilt titles on the spine. Board edges rubbed. The ffep and title page are annotated in faded pencil, and also in the margin of page 52. Occasional light staining throughout. Front stitching pulled, otherwise clean and tightly bound and in good condition.
