This book was based on a synopsis agreed between the authors
who then went on to write their sections separately. It includes poetry, short
stories, essays, plays and sketches. The views expressed are sometimes
controversial with the authors themselves sometimes being in disagreement. The
result is a fascinating commentary on time and place.

First edition.

Good condition. Black cloth boards with red titles to spine
and red design to front. bumping to extremities. Pages are undamaged and clean but
lightly tanned. Text is clear. Ownership inscription to ffep. Dustwrapper shows
age darkening mainly to front, some grubby marks, chipping at spine and a small
tear at a corner but is otherwise sound.
