In good condition considering age, though volume one is split down the spine into two parts., and the front board is detached from the second volume. Full leather binding with gold tooling to board edges and gold to spine. Title labels missing. As expected with the age of the books, there is wear and marking to the leather and corners are exposed. Leather worn away at head and tail of spines. Owner's name on title pages.
