Published by The Little Leather Library Corporation, New York, a Miniature Library edition. Undated. Soft red leather/leatherette covers with gilt lettering.

A Dream of John Ball first published in 1888 is a novel by English author William Morris about the Great Revolt of 1381, conventionally called "the Peasants' Revolt". It features the rebel priest John Ball, who was accused of being a Lollard.

In good condition. Light rubbing wear and darkening with some marks on the covers. The pages are only faintly yellowed. The front end paper has a small closed tear and are darkly yellowed. The binding is firm, but the cover on the internal hinge has become slightly detached for about 1 cm.
